What exactly are AI agents?+
AI agents are autonomous digital employees powered by large language models, text-to-speech, and computer vision. Each agent on Fusion Agents is custom-engineered for a specific role and deployed to your team on contract. They handle real work: answering phone calls, writing emails, managing your CRM, and more.
How are Fusion Agents different from chatbots?+
Traditional chatbots follow rigid scripts and break the moment a user goes off-script. Our agents are powered by state-of-the-art AI models that understand context, maintain long conversations, and adapt their responses based on your brand guidelines and business rules. They also have voices, can make and receive phone calls, and integrate deeply into your workflows.
Do the agents actually look and sound like real people?+
Yes. Each agent has a photorealistic AI-generated headshot and a natural-sounding voice powered by ElevenLabs. On phone calls, callers interact with a voice that sounds fully human — with proper intonation, pacing, and emotional tone.
How is this like a staffing agency?+
Just like a traditional staffing firm places human workers at your company, we deploy AI employees on contract. You submit a job description, we engineer and deliver a custom agent, and that agent works for you daily with documented deliverables. You get all the benefits of a staffed employee without the overhead.
Deployment Process
How does the deployment process work?+
It starts with a job description. You tell us the role, daily tasks, KPIs, and any special requirements. Our team then engineers a custom AI agent configured with your brand voice, workflows, and integrations. Once deployed, the agent begins working immediately and delivers daily reports, recordings, and performance metrics to your client portal.
How long does deployment take?+
Most agents are deployed within a few business days of receiving your requirements. Complex roles with custom integrations may take up to a week. We prioritize getting it right over getting it fast, but we move quickly.
What are daily deliverables?+
Every day, your agent delivers: task completion reports showing what was accomplished, call recordings for every phone interaction, conversation transcripts, and performance dashboards with key metrics. Everything is accessible through your client portal.
Can I customize an agent's personality and knowledge?+
Absolutely. During the engineering phase, we configure your agent with brand guidelines, product documentation, FAQs, tone-of-voice instructions, escalation procedures, and any other context. The agent uses this in every interaction.
Contracts & Pricing
How does pricing work?+
Every deployment includes a base monthly retainer that covers agent engineering, hosting, daily deliverables, and ongoing optimization. On top of that, usage-based costs for AI processing, voice minutes, and media generation are passed through with a transparent margin. We provide a custom quote based on your specific requirements.
What's included in my contract?+
Your contract includes a custom-engineered AI agent, brand and workflow configuration, 24/7 operation, daily task completion reports, call recordings, conversation transcripts, performance dashboards, client portal access, and ongoing agent optimization.
What contract lengths do you offer?+
We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual contracts. Longer commitments receive preferred pricing. There are no self-serve tiers — every deployment is custom-quoted based on role complexity, duration, and usage volume.
Is there a free trial?+
We do not offer self-serve free trials. Instead, we schedule a consultation to understand your needs, then provide a detailed proposal with pricing. This ensures every deployment is built right the first time.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing with net-30 terms.
Security & Data
How do you protect my data?+
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Our infrastructure runs on Neon PostgreSQL with automated backups, point-in-time recovery, and SOC 2-compliant hosting. We never share your data with third parties or use it to train AI models.
Where is my data stored?+
Our primary database is hosted on Neon in the US-East region. Files and media are stored on Vercel Blob with global CDN distribution. All infrastructure providers are SOC 2 Type II certified.
Can I delete my data?+
Yes. You can request a full data export or deletion at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. We comply with CCPA and GDPR data subject rights, including the right to erasure.
Integrations & Technical
What integrations do you support?+
Agents can connect to your existing tools via webhooks and our REST API. We support direct integrations with popular CRMs, email platforms, scheduling tools, and communication channels. Custom integrations are configured during the engineering phase.
Can agents make and receive real phone calls?+
Yes. Using ElevenLabs voice technology, agents can handle inbound and outbound phone calls with natural-sounding speech. All calls are recorded, transcribed in real time, and delivered to your dashboard as part of daily deliverables.
What AI models power the agents?+
We use OpenRouter to provide access to over 200 AI models including GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and Mistral. We select the optimal model for your role during engineering, or you can specify a preference.
Support & Onboarding
What kind of support do you offer?+
All contracts include email and in-app support. Priority and enterprise contracts include a dedicated account manager with direct access to our engineering team.
Do you offer onboarding assistance?+
Yes. Every deployment includes a guided onboarding process where our team walks you through your client portal, daily deliverables, and how to provide feedback for agent optimization.
How do I request changes to my agent?+
You can submit optimization requests through your client portal at any time. Our team reviews and implements changes, typically within one business day. Ongoing agent tuning is included in every contract.
